sayap yang patah.

i cant sleep last night. theres sumting that is missing from me. so, i browse through my bookshelf and i found the old dramatic book, 'the broken wings' by khalil. like what i have discussed in my book club earlier, it is cheesy, but i found it sweet if u r in his position, in love and trying to pour all his feelings and emotions through words. i read it again for i duno how many times last night until early in the morning. i cried badly last night because somehow i can still feel how i felt when being left by sum1 we really love. its like watching hindustan, korean , japanese n those sad love stories. u can actually drown in ur own tears.

how i miss watching movies with the princhesters now.

'In every young man's life there is a "Selma" who appears to him suddenly
while in the spring of life and transforms his solitude
into happy moments and fills the silence of his nights with music.'

sunshine.

ive been grounded for two days. yes. perintah berkurung. thanks mama for the arahan .i didnt go out from my house n im quite surprised i managed to go through that without bribing my aunty. maybe its my emotional state contributes to that. i felt so uncomfortable n my anger fills my heart, my thoughts , everything. n yes, i decided to just lie down on bed n sleep. dats what i did the whole day yesterday, on bed n sleep. when i suddenly wke up, i will force myself to sleep again. dats how terrible my holiday is yesterday.

sum things in life u just cant handle it. especially, when it comes to other people's action which u wish u can shout at them n said 'come on man, are u for real?' seriously. people dun say stuff, n half of the way, they suddenly gone. even friends dun do that. nak cakap, cakap. kalau tak nak cakap, jangan cakap. u stand for what u believe and go for it. but then again, its people, kan? (while doing this gaya.)

so, today, i decided to do anything that i can do. so, heres the list:
-go swimming
-2 movies in a row
-go to bookxcess
-lunch and dinner outside
-eat pancake (buttermilk)
-buy a new shoe and handbag
-badminton session with lilyn n abglong
-lepak with fared
-visit nad n sidek

attreviasamo

taken at my aunt's pondok near her paddy field few months ago.

there is nothing more satisfying than having to read good book at those kinda places.

read the book when it first came to malaysia. i have to admit since i am not a big fan of elizabeth gilbert, ive only read her book twice (committed n the last american man) - this book is beautiful. it describes a whole lot of feelings and what a person really wants in life. i learnt a bunch of thinks about life too, like, are u ready to leave everything u have now just to know urself better, or, what is the word for me. n the fact that the writer travelled to three different region just to know herself better. just to think of it, this book made me realized that there is so much more in life than my own life. this life is about your faith, love and yeah, agreed totally, food. i laughed, i cried when im with this book.

n yeah, i watched the movie, with nad. its pretty long, the duration (more than 2 hours), but still, couldnt put in everything. they left out some details, but im thankful that they didnt left out the ones that is significant to the story. i enjoyed the movie too, especially when u have julia roberts as Liz n she looks awesome in there. whatever that she wears in that movie, is good on her. n the is some maturity level that she has that made her suitable for the character. n yeah, the movie was beautiful too, n i really2 enjoyed the part when she was in italy. great city, beautiful food, awesome ppl. not as good as the story depicted in the book, but, im satisfied enough with the movie. i couldnt ask for more.

n yeah, both the book n the movie made me think of a word for myself - pening ;P

les miserables

Il dort. Quoique le sort fut pour lui bien etrange,
Il vivait. Il mourut quand il n'eut plus son ange.
La chose simplement d'elle-meme arriva,
Comme la nuit se fait lorsque le jour s'en va.

STUFF

A book discussion club is a group of people who meet to discuss a book or books that they have read and express their opinions, likes, dislikes, anything that they want. It is more often called simply a book club, a term that is also used to describe a book sales club, which can cause confusion. Other frequently used terms to describe a book discussion club include reading group, book group, and book discussion group. Book discussion clubs may meet in private homes, libraries, bookstores, online forums, pubs, and in cafes or restaurants over meals or drinks.

A single-title club is one in which people discuss a particular title that every person in the group has read at the same time. Clearly, the club must somehow decide ahead of time what that title will be. Most often, that title will be a new release, and it is expected that each member buy a personal copy. If it is a book discussion club that meets at a library, the title may be a new release or an older title. If they choose, each member may borrow a copy of the book from the library.

One of the problems with these clubs is that some members regard them as opportunities for social contact and conversation veering off onto a wide variety of non-literary topics, while others hope to engage in serious literary analysis focused on the book in question and related works. Still others suggest a book not because they are interested in it from a literary point-of-view but because they think it will offer them an opportunity to make points of personal interest to them. Different expectations and education/skill levels may lead to conflicts and disappointments in clubs of this kind.
